This item is made by skilled Siberian craftsman. He used of the yellow inner side of the bark with its characteristic natural markings, the side turned inwards to the core of the tree. A nice detailed drawing is embossed out of wood and toned. The surface is treated with a special composition, for a light shine and protection from external influences. Parts of the bread bin are connected by birch bark ribbon. The lid design is similar to the roll top bread box. The breadbox is very light, flexible and durable - it will not break if you accidentally drop it!

Not only is birch tree bark pleasing to the eye, it is also an ecologically clean material with antibacterial properties, so this bread box is great for storing bread.
